FITA has issued a call for volunteer ICT mentors as part of the One-To-One Mentoring (121M) initiative governed by the Memorandum of Understanding 2010-2013.  FITA is collaborating with the British Computer Society (Malta Section) on this initiative, in order to assist the Foundation in reaching out to ICT industry.

Volunteers can include but are not limited to, ICT professionals, retired persons with an interest in ICT and ICT students. Training may be provided depending on the volunteer’s existing knowledge and abilities.

The initiative coordinated by FITA is providing targeted ICT mentoring for disabled individuals who’s mobility difficulties prevent them from benefitting from more formal ICT training, such as ICT courses.
